AKC Yorkies (adult females) in Riverview, Florida For Sale

I have 3 female Yorkies, I am looking to find good homes for. I have to go through my paperwork to find their AKC papers. I DO have their AKC papers and will have them ready to go with the dogs. They definitely need check ups, dewormings, shots and grooming. However, they are up to date on heartworm and flea medications. I give my dogs their shots myself and it has been a while. I would like to have each one go to a home with no children or other pets and separate, if possible. Sammie and Sandy do play together, so they can go together. They get along, but seem to have had such a rough life so far... they deserve to have some one-on-one attention. I bought them all together 3 1/2 years ago to breed and they each had one litter (about 3 years ago... at the same time...litters were 3-5 puppies), but they (the dogs, not puppies) seemed to show "puppy mill/abuse(?)" signs. So, I just kept them instead of trying to return them or sell them off as breeders and hoping they would find good lives. Just felt like the right thing to do. I want their new owners to know what their getting... good, bad or ugly. They each deserve attention and I just can't do it. They are usually in a big crate together inside or wearing disposable baby diapers. I work from home, so they are in and out often. Hardly any accidents, but if left in too long they do have them.
Now, let me explain a little more about the "puppy mill/abuse(?)" signs so you aren't freaking out as they are all super sweet and do not/would not bite.
Sammie - Age: 8 1/2 years - Approx. 8-10lbs - She is very skittish. She follows me around, staying a few feet away, but runs if I move to fast and startle her. She comes back after she realizes, I'm not going after her and my movement had nothing to do with her. She stays perfectly still when giving her baths and grooming. She loves it, almost as if she's never had that kind of attention before. She doesn't run off down the road, but unless you squat down or sit on the ground, she's not coming to you at all. She is afraid of men. My husband ignores her when he comes home, because he knows she'll run if he tries to pay attention to her, but after a while, I'll put her on his lap and she'll lay there while he watches tv.
Sandi - Age: 8 years - Approx 5-7lbs - She's friendly and there is a possibility she could be pregnant. She just had a heat cycle two weeks ago and I didn't notice right away (she's a light bleeder) and she was around my male. I just want whomever she goes to, aware that it is a possibility. She will not run away when outside. Her little quirk is, she paces. She will pace for hours. Outside along the fence and in a crate.
Cocoa - Age: 8 1/2 years - Approx. 8-10lbs - She needs a fenced in yard, if not... she'll wander. She's pretty independent. Does her own thing. Stays close inside, but outside, she's on a mission to check everything out.
They do not walk on leashes. I tried a couple times, but they needed a lot of work and I have a big fenced in yard so no need to walk them.
I'm asking $250 each as a rehoming fee. SHOULD YOU HAVE THE DOG SPAYED WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS, I WILL REFUND YOU THE $250 BACK TO HELP WITH YOUR EXPENSES. Which means, if you prove (by spaying) the dog, that you are only interested in the dog as a companion... the dog is FREE. The purpose of this is to weed out any dog flippers (people that buy and sell dogs for a profit) or breeders. I don't have a problem with breeders, but these three dogs shouldn't have anymore litters. They should be living it up... lazy couch days... spa days... long walks on the beach... etc.
Please reply with any questions you have. Please, no excuses (ie, I don't believe in spaying, my vet is booked for the next 2 weeks, etc).
